It\u2019s not the fastest or the safest way to get the job done. Let me show you a faster and safer method.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- No AdsNinja v10 Client! --><!-- No AdsNinja v10 Client! --><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"why-you-can-39-t-remove-bloatware-easily\">\n                        Why you can&#8217;t remove bloatware easily<br \/>\n               <\/h2>\n<p>You might have noticed that many apps (not counting system apps) were already on your phone when you bought it, and there is no way to remove them. Their &#8216;uninstall&#8217; or &#8216;disable&#8217; buttons are greyed out. I wouldn&#8217;t recommend it unless your phone is already rooted. It&#8217;s not worth voiding your warranty or borking the firmware.<\/p>\n<p>Lucky for us, there&#8217;s a better way. You don&#8217;t need a computer, and you don&#8217;t need to type any commands into a terminal box. It can all be done on your phone with a simple app.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- No AdsNinja v10 Client! --><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"getting-and-setting-up-shizuku\">\n                        Getting and setting up Shizuku<br \/>\n               <\/h2>\n<p>Shizuku is a free and open source tool that allows other apps to gain system-level access (like the kind available on a terminal running ADB commands). It&#8217;s kind of like having root access without actually rooting the device.<\/p>\n<section class=\"emaki-custom-block emaki-custom-note\" data-nosnippet=\"\">\n<div class=\"emaki-custom note\" id=\"custom_block_9\">\n<div class=\"custom_block-content note\">\n<p>You must be connected to Wi-Fi for this to work.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<p>Start by opening the Settings app and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.howtogeek.com\/129728\/how-to-enable-developer-options-menu-and-enable-and-usb-debugging-on-android\/\" target=\"_blank\">enabling Developer Options<\/a>. If you can&#8217;t find Developer Options, go to the About Device section and tap the \u2018Build Number\u2019 7 times. You might be asked to grant notification access to Shizuku. You can click the text to reveal the extra options.<\/p>\n<p>Tap \u2018Pair device with pairing code\u2019 to generate a new code. It&#8217;s free and open-source. As you scroll through the list, you&#8217;ll notice that apps are tagged. Canta tells you which apps are system apps that shouldn&#8217;t be removed and which apps are safe to remove. Apps with the green \u2018recommended\u2019 tag are generally safe to remove, but use your best judgment when making system-level modifications like this.<\/p>\n<section class=\"emaki-custom-block emaki-custom-warning\" data-nosnippet=\"\">\n<div class=\"emaki-custom warning\" id=\"custom_block_35\">\n<div class=\"custom_block-content warning\">\n<p>Do not remove any apps that have the red \u2018unsafe\u2019 cross on them. It may break your device.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<p>To remove an app, just select it and tap the floating red trash icon.
